Pedro Celestino Silva Soares (born 2 January 1987), known as Celestino, is a Cape Verdean professional footballer who plays as a central midfielder. He also held a Portuguese passport, due to the many years spent in the country. Club career Born in Tarrafal, Celestino spent six years at Sporting CP (formative years included), but never appeared officially for the first team. He spent his first season as a professional with C.D. Olivais e Moscavide, on loan, being relegated from the Segunda Liga. For 2007–08, also on loan, Celestino joined G.D. Estoril Praia but, in January 2008, still owned by Sporting, moved to another side in the Lisbon region, C.F. Estrela da Amadora. He made his competitive debut on the 20th, starting in a 1–0 home win against S.C. The 2007–08 Liga de Honra season was the 18th season of the competition and the 74th season of recognised second-tier football in Portugal. The season was started on 18 August 2007. The fixtures (or schedule of games to be played) were announced on 12 July 2007. Fátima and Freamunde were promoted to the Liga Vitalis. The first goalscorer of the season was Tatu, who scored a 4th-minute goal for Desportivo das Aves against Olhanense in, one of the four games, the kick-off that ended 1–2 for Olhanense. The first red card of the season was given to Desportivo das Aves' Sérgio Nunes in the same game. João Diogo Gomes de Freitas (born 28 February 1988), known as João Diogo, is a Portuguese professional footballer who plays as a right-back. Club career Marítimo Born in Funchal, João Diogo joined local C.S. Marítimo's youth system in 1996, at the age of 8. He spent the better part of his first four seasons as a senior with the reserves, in the third division. João Diogo made his Primeira Liga debut with the Madeirans on 13 January 2012, playing the full 90 minutes in a 1–1 away draw against F.C. Paços de Ferreira. It would be the first of just two league appearances during the campaign, the other also coming against the same opponent. The Liga 2, most often spelled as Liga II, is the second level of the Romanian football league system. The league changed its name from Divizia B just before the start of the 2006–07 Liga II, 2006–07. The 2009–10 Primeira Liga (also known as the Liga Sagres for sponsorship reasons) was the 76th season of the Primeira Liga, the top professional league for Portuguese association football clubs. The Primeira Liga (; English: Premier League, also written as Liga Portugal 1), also known as Liga Portugal Bwin for sponsorship reasons, is the top level of the Portuguese football league system.
