''Pecos è qui: prega e muori'' (internationally released as ''Pecos Cleans Up'') is a 1967 Italian Spaghetti Western film directed by Maurizio Lucidi. The film is the immediate sequel of '' Due once di piombo''; differently from the first chapter, it is more leaned towards comedy. It had a significant commercial success in South-American markets. Maurizio Lucidi
Maurizio Lucidi (1932–2005) was an Italian director, screenwriter and editor, sometimes credited as Mark Lender. Born in Florence, Lucidi started his career as film editor in the early 1960s. In 1964 he was assistant director for Pier Paolo Pasolini on '' The Gospel According to St. Matthew''. He made his directorial debut in 1966 with '' Hercules the Avenger''; later he directed a number of genre films, especially Spaghetti Westerns. Luciana Gilli
Luciana Gilli (born 1944) is a former Italian film actress. During the 1960s she starred in a number of Italian films or European co-productions, particularly adventure stories and westerns.Weisser p.237 Her film debut was the role of Luciana in the movie ''Wir Frauen'' in 1953. Ten years later she was seen in Jürgen Roland's German-Italian adventure film ''The Black Panther of Ratana'' with Marianne Koch and Heinz Drache. This list of Spaghetti Western films includes Western films primarily produced and directed by Italian production companies between 1913 and 1978. For a list of non-Italian produced European Westerns see List of Euro-Western films. In the 1960s, the Spaghetti Western genre grew in popularity. Umberto Raho (4 June 1922 – 9 January 2016) was an Italian stage, film and television actor. Life and career Born in Bari, the son of an Italian father and a Bulgarian mother, Raho graduated in philosophy and then, immediately after the war, he debuted on stage. Ignazio Spalla (best known as Pedro Sanchez; 5 May 1924 – 9 February 1995) was an Italian film actor. Born in Siena, Spalla was mainly active in Spaghetti Westerns, usually playing roles of Mexicans, gunfighters and outlaws. His first roles of weight were in 1965, in Marino Girolami's ''Bullet in the Flesh'' and in Giorgio Ferroni's ''Blood for a Silver Dollar''. In the 1970s he focused his activity in the subgenre of comic spaghetti, and his career basically declined together with Italo-Western. Outside this genre, Spalla's credits include Eduardo De Filippo's '' Shoot Loud, Louder... Adriano Bolzoni (14 April 1919 – 2003) was an Italian journalist, writer and film director. Life and career Born in Cremona, Bolzoni started his career as a journalist, being war correspondent from the front of World War II.
