Pearl Krabs
Pearl Krabs is a fictional character in the Nickelodeon animated television series ''SpongeBob SquarePants''. She is voiced by actress Lori Alan and first appeared in the season one episode " Squeaky Boots" on September 4, 1999. She was created by marine biologist and animator Stephen Hillenburg, who was inspired to design a whale character while supervising whale watches at the Ocean Institute in Dana Point, California. Pearl is a teenage sperm whale who lives in a hollow anchor with her father Eugene "Mr." Krabs, the greedy founder of the popular Krusty Krab restaurant. Pearl will inherit the restaurant and become its owner when she grows older. She is currently employed at the local shopping center, the Bikini Bottom Mall. The store is called Grandma's Apron. The identity and whereabouts of Pearl's unseen mother have never been explained directly by the characters. Kyle Jarrow (born October 7, 1979) is a Los Angeles–based writer and rock musician. Career Writing Jarrow's writing career began in theater, winning an Obie Award with director Alex Timbers in 2004 for '' A Very Merry Unauthorized Children's Scientology Pageant'', a satirical musical about L. Sherm Cohen
Paul Sherman "Sherm" Cohen(Interview with Sherm Cohen 2006) (born January 19, 1965) is an American storyboard artist, director, and writer. During college, Cohen worked as a cartoonist for his local newspaper. He got his start in animation at Nickelodeon on ''The Ren and Stimpy Show'' as character layout artist, followed by a three-year stint on ''Hey Arnold!'' as storyboard artist and director. Career Cohen was a writer, artist, and letterer for ''Nickelodeon Magazine'' from 1996 until the magazine ceased operations in 2009.
