Payne Durham
William Payne Durham (born June 15, 2000) is an American football tight end for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Purdue. High school career Durham attended Peachtree Ridge High School in Suwanee, Georgia. He played lacrosse in high school and did not start playing football until his senior year. In his lone season, he had 22 receptions for 330 yards and five touchdowns. He committed to Purdue University to play college football. College career Durham played in two games his first year at Purdue in 2018. In 2019, he started four of 12 games and had nine receptions for 82 yards and four touchdowns. He started all six games in 2020, recording 16 receptions for 166 yards and three touchdowns. Durham started 10 of 12 games in 2021, finishing with 467 yards on 45 receptions and six touchdowns. Tight End
The tight end (TE) is a position in American football, arena football, and Canadian football, on the offense. The tight end is often a hybrid position with the characteristics and roles of both an offensive lineman and a wide receiver. Like offensive linemen, they are usually lined up on the offensive line and are large enough to be effective blockers. On the other hand, unlike offensive linemen, they are eligible receivers adept enough to warrant a defense's attention when running pass patterns. Because of the hybrid nature of the position, the tight end's role in any given offense depends on the tactical preferences and philosophy of the head coach as well as overall team dynamic. The 2022 Senior Bowl was a college football all-star game played on February 5, 2022, at Hancock Whitney Stadium in Mobile, Alabama. Suwanee is a city in Gwinnett County and a northeastern suburb of Atlanta in the U.S. state of Georgia.
