Aaron Paye (born January 19, 1981) is a Liberian former footballer who played as a striker. Career Paye attended Fairleigh Dickinson where he was a third team All American. Paye was with the Minnesota Thunder of the USL from 2004 to August 8, 2008. Paye lost his spot on the team in the off-season of 2007, but was rostered back onto the team a month into the season after working hard and impressing the coaching staff. John Paye (born March 30, 1965) is a former American football quarterback in the National Football League and a high school basketball coach. Early life A 1983 graduate of Menlo School in Atherton, California, Paye lettered in baseball, basketball, and football. In his senior year, Menlo won the California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) Division II basketball championship. One of Paye's teammates was Eric Reveno, who played with Paye on the Stanford basketball team and is currently an assistant basketball coach at Georgia Tech. Katherine Anne Paye (born March 6, 1974) is a former collegiate and professional basketball player. She is currently the women's basketball associate head coach at Stanford University. Early life and college career Paye was born at the medical center of Stanford University's hospital, and was raised in Woodside, California in a family of Stanford student-athletes. Kwity Paye ( ; born 19 November 1998) is a Liberian professional American football defensive end for the Indianapolis Colts of the National Football League (NFL). He was born in Guinea as a refugee of the First Liberian Civil War and emigrated to the United States as a baby. Harry Paye
Henry Paye (died 1419), also known as Harry, Page or Arripaye (to the Spanish), was a privateer and smuggler from Poole, Dorset in the late 14th and early 15th century, who became a commander in the Cinque Ports fleet. He intercepted hundreds of French ships for gold, wine, exotic fruits and brought it back to the people of Poole. Paye led naval raids along the coast of France and Spain from Normandy through to the Bay of Biscay and Cape Finisterre. He burnt Gijon and Finisterra to the ground, taking many prisoners and exacting ransoms, and in 1398 he raided the Church of Saint Mary in Finisterra and stole a valuable crucifix. He also helped quell the Welsh revolts brought about by Owain Glyndŵr, defeating a French fleet sent to aid the uprising. In 1405, a combined fleet of French and Spanish ships attacked Paye's native town of Poole in retaliation for Paye's raids.
