Pavit Tangkamolprasert
Pavit Tangkamolprasert ( th, ปวิธ ตั้งกมลประเสริฐ; born 2 May 1989) is a Thai professional golfer who plays on the Asian Tour where he has won twice. His first win on the tour came in 2016 when he won the Venetian Macao Open after a playoff against Anirban Lahiri. In 2019 he won the Sabah Masters in a four-man playoff, chipping in at the second playoff hole. Two weeks before this he had lost in a playoff for the Thailand Open. In 2014 he won the Asian Development Tour Order of Merit with three wins during the season. Asian Tour
The Asian Tour is the principal men's professional golf tour in Asia except for Japan, which has its own Japan Golf Tour, which is also a full member of the International Federation of PGA Tours. Official money events on the tour count for World Golf Ranking points. The Asian Tour is administered from Singapore. It is controlled by a board with a majority of professional golfers, and a Tournament Players Committee of its player members, supported by an executive team. Shiv Kapur
Shiv Kapur (born 12 February 1982) is an Indian professional golfer. He is recipient of 2002 Arjuna Award. Amateur career Kapur went to Purdue University and played the amateur circuit in the United States. He had a successful amateur career, winning the Indian and Malaysian Amateur Opens in 2000 and an individual gold medal at the 2002 Asian Games. Professional career Kapur turned professional in 2004 and made a considerable impact in his second season on the Asian Tour by winning the season ending Volvo Masters of Asia and finishing the year fourth on the Asian Tour Order of Merit. Kapur works with instructor Peter Murphy out of Dallas, Texas. He joined the European Tour in 2007, having earned enough as an affiliate member in 2006 to merit a tour card. The Professional Golf of Malaysia Tour, currently titled as the Toyota Tour for sponsorship reasons, is the main professional golf tour in Malaysia. The tour was founded in 2010 by Tun Ahmad Sarji bin Abdul Hamid and was created in order to further advance professional golf in Malaysia. Many players from the Professional Golf of Malaysia Tour have progressed through the tour, eventually playing and winning on the Asian Tour. 2020–22 Asian Development Tour
The 2020–22 Asian Development Tour was the 11th season of the Asian Development Tour, the official development tour to the Asian Tour. In-season changes After a two-year hiatus because of the COVID-19 pandemic, the tour resumed playing in March 2022 at the Gurugram Challenge in India. Lin Wen-tang
Lin Wen-tang (, born 28 June 1974) is a Taiwanese professional golfer. He comes from a golfing family, with his father and uncle both being professionals and two brothers who played with him on the Asian Tour. Lin turned professional in 1996, and won for the first time as at the 1998 Hsin Fong Open, a non-tour event in his home country. He has played on the Asian Tour since 1998 and has won four titles, his first coming in 2006 at the Taiwan Open. His second Asian Tour victory came in 2007 at the Brunei Open, and in 2008 he won the inaugural Asian Tour International in Thailand. Muhammad Arie Irawan Ahmad Fauzi (21 August 1990 – 7 April 2019) was a Malaysian professional golfer who played on the Asian Tour, the Asian Development Tour and the PGA Tour China. He won two events on the Asian Development Tour in early 2015. Amateur career Irawan won the 2008 Malaysian Amateur Stroke Play Championship. He attended the University of Tulsa from 2008 to 2012.
