Pavan Choudary
Pavan Choudary (born 29 August 1965) is an Indian writer, TV talk-show host, TEDx speaker, and CEO. He has written several books including ''How a Good Person can Really Win (Earlier version- When you are sinking become a submarine- Winning Through Wisdom and Creativity)'', ''Machiavelli for Moral People'', ''Broom and Groom'' (co-author Kiran Bedi) and ''The Rx Factor''. Choudary also hosts the TV show ''Hum Aisey Kyun Hain'' on Doordarshan and has written columns for The Times of India (Gurgaon), the Financial Chronicle and Firstpost. He is the managing director of ''Vygon India'', a French multinational company. Personal life Choudary was born on 29 August 1965 in Sagar, Madhya Pradesh, Sagar, Madhya Pradesh, India. Broom & Groom
''Broom & Groom'', by co-authors Pavan Choudary and Kiran Bedi, is a 2010 book on hygiene and manners intended to awaken "the right to civic sense" among the people of India. The book became a best-seller within six months of its launch. On a literal level, "broom" is used for cleaning house and "groom" for civility. Summary Through illustrations and graphics, the book provides readers with various examples of uncivilized behaviour. It was released in August 2010 at the press club in New Delhi. At the launch, the authors noted, "The fundamental thought behind the book is to trigger a civic sense movement where the people in power and the public come together and once and for all change the conditions we live in." Tamil (; ' , ) is a Dravidian language natively spoken by the Tamil people of South Asia. Tamil is an official language of the Indian state of Tamil Nadu, the sovereign nations of Sri Lanka and Singapore, and the Indian territory of Puducherry.
