Paulo Sérgio Martinho Cabral (born 24 June 1972) is a Portuguese former professional footballer who played as either a right or left back. Club career Born in Vila Nova de Cerveira, Viana do Castelo District, Cabral started his senior career with local SC Vianense, promoting to the third division in his first year and playing two full seasons with the first team overall. After one year in amateur football he went straight to the Primeira Liga for 1994–95, with F.C. Tirsense, but his league input consisted of 24 minutes of action. In the summer of 1995, Cabral returned to the third level with F.C. Vizela. Subsequently, as first-choice, he spent three seasons in division two with Tirsense, C.D. Aves and C.F. Os Belenenses, appearing in 31 matches for the latter club (one goal) in the 1998–99 campaign as it achieved top-flight promotion. Carlos Alberto de Oliveira Secretário (born 12 May 1970) is a Portuguese former professional footballer who played mainly as a right-back, currently a manager. In a 17-year career, in which he appeared in 341 Primeira Liga games and scored 12 goals, he played for six clubs in his country including Porto, with which he won 16 major titles. He also briefly represented Real Madrid. Secretário played more than 30 times with the Portugal national team, representing the country in two European Championships. ''Record'' is a Portuguese sports newspaper, founded in 1949 by Manuel Dias, published in Lisbon. Although it covers most sports, football is the focal point of it, and almost always is the only sport referred to on the cover. History and profile ''Record'' was founded by Manuel Dias. Dias was a newspaper vendor as well as an athlete. Dias participated the 1936 Summer Olympics in Berlin, Germany. In 1949, Dias would enter the national lottery in Portugal and would win 40 contos.
