Pauline Jameson
'Pauline Jameson' (5 June 1920 - 8 April 2007) was an English actress whose work encompassed stage and screen. ''The Times'' called her 'one of the most distinguished classical actresses of her generation.' After starting in Repertory_theatre#Weekly_rep, weekly rep at Colwyn Bay in 1937, she graduated from RADA in 1940, and made her West End theatre, West End debut as Lucy in ''The Rivals'' at the Criterion Theatre in 1945. She joined the The Old Vic, Old Vic Company for the 1948-49 season, with roles including Maria in ''Twelfth Night'', Marwood in ''The Way of the World'' and Dunyasha in ''The Cherry Orchard''. Heacham
Heacham is a large village in West Norfolk, England, overlooking The Wash. It lies between King's Lynn, to the south, and Hunstanton, about to the north. It has been a seaside resort for over a century and a half. History There is evidence of settlement in the Heacham area over the last 5,000 years, with numerous Neolithic and later Bronze Age finds within the parish. This is presumably because the local geology consists of primarily cretaceous sands and underlying chalk, meaning that there is very little surface water for miles in any direction. This can also be seen along the banks of the Caudle Carr outside Dersingham, where numerous archaeological finds have been made. Running water along with fertile surrounding lands made Heacham an ideal place for settlement by early man. Evidence of habitation continues through the Iron Age into the Romano-British era. David Paul Scofield (21 January 1922 – 19 March 2008) was a British actor. Synopsis From 1955 to 1967 approximately 500 episodes aired on ITV. Its successor Thames Television took over from mid-1968. Arthur Watkyn
Arthur Watkins (1907–1965) was a British writer and public official who served as Secretary of the British Board of Film Censors from 1948 to 1956, succeeding Joseph Brooke Wilkinson in the post, having previously worked at the Home Office. Writing under the name Arthur Watkyn he was also a successful novelist and playwright. A number of his works have been adapted for film and television including his West End hit comedy '' For Better, for Worse'' and his 1952 costume play ''The Moonraker'' set during the English Civil War. He also enjoyed success with his 1958 comedy ''Not in the Book''. Sir Michael Scudamore Redgrave CBE (20 March 1908 – 21 March 1985) was an English stage and film actor, director, manager and author. He received a nomination for the Academy Award for Best Actor for his performance in ''Mourning Becomes Electra'' (1947), as well as two BAFTA nominations for Best British Actor for his performances in ''The Night My Number Came Up'' (1955) and ''Time Without Pity'' (1957).
