Paul Sharry
Paul Sharry (born 14 January 1989) is a Gaelic footballer who plays for the Westmeath county team. Sharry played in his youth team active football and was contracted with Cherry Orchard. He joined Shamrock Rovers in 2007 and played with the club in the League of Ireland. Playing career The St Loman's GAA clubman represented Westmeath GAA at senior level and played in the NFL division 3 final in 2011. St Loman's GAA
St Loman's Mullingar GAA is a Gaelic Athletic Association club in Mullingar, Ireland. History The club was founded with the name Mental Hospital and represented the staff of St. Loman's Hospital, Mullingar, a psychiatric hospital which operated from 1855–2015. They played under the name Springfield Stars in 1910, becoming Mental Hospital in the 1920s and St. Loman's Mullingar in the late 1950s. The club plays at St Loman's Mullingar Sports Ground on the Delvin Road. Gaelic football St Loman's Mullingar G.A.A. have won nine county senior titles Hurling Mental Hospital won the 1924 Westmeath Senior Hurling Championship. 2011 Australian Football International Cup
The 2011 Australian Football International Cup (or IC21) is the fourth edition of the Australian Football International Cup, an international Australian rules football competition run by the Australian Football League. It was contested between 12 and 27 August 2011 by 18 nations, with games played in both Melbourne and Sydney. Two matches were played as curtain raisers to AFL premiership matches, USA vs South Africa at Stadium Australia and the IC Grand Final at the Melbourne Cricket Ground. Ireland won its second men's championship, and the inaugural women's championship (Ryan Aslett Cup). Ireland National Australian Rules Football Team
The Irish national Australian rules football team ( ga, Foireann peile rialacha na hAstrálie náisiúnta na hÉireann) represent Ireland in Australian rules football and is selected from the best Irish born and raised players primarily from the clubs of the Australian Rules Football League of Ireland but also playing abroad. The Westmeath county football team represents Westmeath in men's Gaelic football and is governed by Westmeath GAA, the county board of the Gaelic Athletic Association. The team competes in the three major annual inter-county competitions; the All-Ireland Senior Football Championship, the Leinster Senior Football Championship and the National Football League.
