Paul Maurice Murphy (February 24, 1932 – January 22, 2020) was an American politician and judge from the state of Massachusetts. Personal life He was born in Brockton, Massachusetts, the son of Judge Maurice J. Murphy and Edith Saxton Murphy. He graduated from Williams College, where he played baseball, and Boston University School of Law. He was a second lieutenant in the U.S. Air Force. Political career He served in the Massachusetts House of Representatives from 1961 to 1974, representing the 11th Plymouth district from 1971 to 1974. He lost renomination in 1974. Robert Creedon
Robert Stanton Creedon Jr. (born November 13, 1942) is an American politician. Creedon attended Boston College as an undergraduate, and earned a degree from the Boston College Law School in 1967. He was a member of the Massachusetts House of Representatives from 1968 to 1972, serving the Massachusetts House of Representatives' 11th Plymouth district, 11th Plymouth district. Between 1974 and 1977, Creedon was a member of the Brockton, Massachusetts, Brockton City Council. He contested his first Massachusetts Senate election in 1996, and won his final state senate election in 2006, all for the Massachusetts Senate's 2nd Plymouth and Bristol district, 2nd Plymouth and Bristol district. In 2008, 2012, and 2018, Creedon was elected Plymouth County, Massachusetts, Plymouth County clerk of court.
