Paul Crosby (basketball)
Paul James Crosby (January 21, 1989 – October 30, 2019) was an American basketball player. He was an All-American college player at Mississippi Valley State University. College Crosby originally committed to the University of Toledo out of Holt High School in Holt, Michigan. However, he failed to qualify academically and instead ended up at Navarro College, a junior college in Texas. After junior college, he moved to Binghamton. But his time at Binghamton would be short-lived, as he was one of five players dismissed in the wake of the Binghamton University basketball scandal prior to the start of the 2009–10 season. He landed at Mississippi Valley State after sitting out the 2010–11 season as a transfer student. He had a strong two years at MVSU, earning first team All-Southwest Athletic Conference (SWAC) honors both years. Paul Crosby is an Irish criminal. Attempted murder trial In February 2019 he went on trial accused of attempted murder, kidnapping and intentionally or recklessly causing serious harm. He pleaded not guilty on all counts. During the trial the man who he was alleged to have attacked admitted to lying to Gardaí and the jury in a previous trial. The judge said that the real issue was whether Crosby was "present and participated in the injuries" as claimed by Boyle and that the jury would have to evaluate "the contradictions" of the testimony of Boyle. The jury took 43 minutes to find Crosby not guilty on all charges. Car arson On 22 April 2020 he was jailed for four and a half years after pleading guilty to the arson of a stolen Volkswagen Polo. The car, with a 132 registration, was stolen by Crosby and two others from the car park of an industrial estate on the Ballymakenny Road, Drogheda. Saliva is an American rock band formed in Memphis, Tennessee, in 1996. Saliva released their self-titled debut album in 1997 through Rockingchair Records, a label owned and operated by Mark Yoshida. The release was recorded and produced by Bill Pappas at Rockingchair Studios. They were signed to Island Records and went on to release their second studio album ''Every Six Seconds''. Saliva later released their third studio album titled ''Back into Your System'' in 2002, which reached No. 19 on the Billboard 200.
