Linebacker
Linebacker (LB) is a playing position in gridiron football. Linebackers are members of the defensive team, and line up three to five yards behind the line of scrimmage and the defensive linemen. They are the "middle ground" of defenders, playing closer to the line of scrimmage than the defensive backs (secondary), but farther back than the defensive linemen. } El Monte (Spanish for "The Mountain") is a city in Los Angeles County, California, United States. The city lies in the San Gabriel Valley, east of the city of Los Angeles. Onalaska is a city in Polk County, Texas, United States. Situated on a peninsula between the main channel and one arm of Lake Livingston, the population was 3,020 at the 2020 census. History Onalaska was struck by a F2 tornado on May 1, 1967. The tornado unroofed a combined store and post office ripped out its rear wall injuring two people. The Houston Cougars football program is an NCAA Division I FBS football team that represents the University of Houston. The team is commonly referred to as "Houston" or "UH" (spoken as "U of H").
