Patrick Topping
Patrick Topping is an English DJ, music producer and the owner of the record label company Trick. With releases on Hot Creations, Hottrax and Relief Records, Topping has hit number 1's on the Beatport Tech House charts, and received DJ Awards for Newcomer DJ and Track of the Season in Ibiza for his summer hit "Forget" in 2014. He won Best Tech House DJ award in 2018. Early life Topping studied at the University of Edinburgh before starting a career as a DJ. Musical career Topping has built on his DJ career, from playing gigs at his own hometown club night formally known as Motion at Digital (Newcastle) to playing at clubs across the world including: Tomorrowland (Belgium), Awakenings (Netherlands), Winter Music Conference in Miami. The Winter Music Conference (WMC) is a week-long electronic music conference, held every March in Miami Beach, Florida, United States since 1985. It is also known as the premiere platform for electronic dance music. Curtis Alan Jones (born April 26, 1968), better known by his stage name Green Velvet, is an American singer, record producer and DJ. He is also known as Cajmere, Geo Vogt, Half Pint, Curan Stone, and Gino Vittori. Early life Curtis Alan Jones was born on April 26, 1968 in Chicago, Illinois. He grew up listening to blues, jazz, funk, and rock. In the mid 1980s, he was introduced to house music via the radio. He started making music with a "sixty-buck keyboard, a cheap four-track and a cheap drum machine". Jones graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign with a degree in chemical engineering. After attending the University of California, Berkeley, he moved back to Chicago in 1991. Annie Mac (born 18 July 1978), is an Irish DJ, broadcaster and writer. She hosted a variety of shows on BBC Radio 1, including BBC Switch and ''Future Sounds''. She also DJed in various locations, including hosting her AMP (Annie Mac Presents) Lost and Found venues in places like Ibiza. Personal life Annie Mac was born in Dublin, Ireland on 18 July 1978.
