Patrick Sullivan (footballer)
Patrick Sullivan (born 30 October 1982) is an Irish retired footballer who played as a defender. Career Sullivan started his League of Ireland career at University College Dublin after joining from Leicester Celtic where he was a member of the under 15 SFAI All Ireland Cup winning team. He played with Shamrock Rovers Schoolboy Team and was a member of the DDSL Academy of Excellence where he played for their Schoolboy selection against Northern Ireland. Sullivan made his League of Ireland debut as a substitute against Derry City on 23 August 2002 at Belfield Park. Sullivan attended the college on a sports scholarship and studied Sports Management whilst playing League of Ireland football, scoring his first ever goal on 20 September, the winner in UCD's 1–0 victory over St. Pat's. Terryland Park
Eamonn Deacy Park, formerly known as Terryland Park, is an association football stadium in the Republic of Ireland based in the Terryland district of Galway. It is owned by the Galway Football Association and is the home ground of both Galway United and Galway W.F.C. It is named after Eamonn Deacy, a former Galway United and Aston Villa player and Republic of Ireland international. In both 2007 and 2008, the ground was voted the best surface by the FAI. 2013 Setanta Sports Cup
The 2013 Setanta Sports Cup was the eighth staging of the annual all-Ireland football competition. It commenced on 11 February 2013 and ended on 11 May 2013 with the final played at the Tallaght Stadium, Dublin. Crusaders were the defending champions, after they defeated Derry City 5–4 on penalties in the 2012 final, when the match ended 2–2 after extra time. However, this season they went out 4–1 on aggregate in the quarter-finals to Cork City. Shamrock Rovers were the eventual winners for the second time overall, following a comfortable 7–1 win over Drogheda United in the final. 2011 Setanta Sports Cup
The 2011 Setanta Sports Cup was the sixth staging of the all Ireland association football competition. It commenced on 14 February 2011 with the final played on 14 May 2011. The draw for the 2011 competition was made at Belfast City Hall on 13 December 2010. Changes to structure For the 2011 competition, the Setanta Cup was expanded to 12 teams, of which the four highest ranked teams received a bye into the quarter-finals. Also unlike previous years the tournament was played as a straight knock-out competition over two legs apart from the final. Setanta Sports Cup
The Setanta Sports Cup was a club football competition featuring teams from both football associations on the island of Ireland. Inaugurated in 2005, it was a cross-border competition between clubs in the League of Ireland from the Republic of Ireland and the NIFL Premiership from Northern Ireland. The cup was sponsored by Setanta Sports, the Irish subscription sports television network. The competition was discontinued after the 2014 edition. Jim Magilton
James Magilton (born 6 May 1969) is a Northern Irish football manager and former professional player. As a player, he was a midfielder who notably played in the Premier League for Southampton, Sheffield Wednesday and Ipswich Town. He started his playing career in the Irish League with Distillery then signed for Liverpool but would fail to make an appearance. He joined Oxford United in 1990 before moving to the Saints four-years later. He made 581 league appearances, scoring 64 goals during his playing career. He was capped 52 times by Northern Ireland, scoring 5 goals and has recently appeared at U21 and U23 level.
