Patrick J. Regan (March 25, 1882October 30, 1943) was an officer in the United States Army who received the Medal of Honor for his actions during World War I. Biography Regan was born in Middleborough, Massachusetts on March 25, 1882 and died October 30, 1943. He is buried in Mount Olivet Cemetery, Bloomfield, New Jersey. The award received major changes during World War II and is issued by the Italian Republic as well.
