Patrick Olsen
Patrick Haakon Olsen (born 23 April 1994) is a Danish professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Polish Ekstraklasa club Śląsk Wrocław. A talent of the Brøndby academy, Olsen joined Italian Serie A club Inter Milan at age 18. After several spells with clubs in Norway, France and Switzerland, he returned to Denmark to play for Helsingør. After successive relegations, he moved to AaB before joining rivals AGF in 2020 after a breakout season. Olsen has gained 43 caps for several Danish national youth teams, including 23 appearances for the under-17 team. Club career Brøndby Born in Tårnby, Olsen joined the youth academy of Brøndby as an eight-year-old. He was promoted to the first-team squad in 2012, and made his professional debut in the Danish Superliga on 6 May 2012 against AaB. He made three appearances for the club. The 2nd Division ( da, Danmarksturneringens 2. division or Herre-DM 2. division) is a semi-professional association football league for men and the third division in Denmark. It is organised by the Divisionsforeningen on behalf of the Danish Football Association (Danish FA; DBU) as part of the nation-wide Danmarksturneringen i fodbold (Herre-DM) and is positioned between the second-tier 1st Division and the fourth-tier Danish 3rd Division in the Danish football league system. AaB, (full name: ''Aalborg Boldspilklub'', ) internationally referred to as Aalborg BK, or sometimes also known as AaB Aalborg, is a professional football team located in Aalborg.
