Pat McDonough
Patrick L. McDonough is an American politician. He was previously a Republican member of the Maryland House of Delegates and a candidate for County Executive of Baltimore County, Maryland, in the 2018 and 2022 elections. He represented District 7, which covers Baltimore and Harford Counties, along with fellow Republicans J.B. Jennings and Richard K Impallaria. He also served in the House from 1979 to 1983 as a Democrat. Education McDonough attended Baltimore parochial schools. He then attended Baltimore City College. Harford Community College is a public community college in Bel Air, Maryland. It was established as Harford Junior College in September 1957 with 116 students in the buildings and on the campus of the Bel Air High School in the county seat. The Bel Air campus of 1964 occupies and now has 21 buildings totaling over . Richard Impallaria
Richard K. Impallaria (born November 1, 1962) is an American politician who served as a member of the Maryland House of Delegates, representing District 7 in Baltimore and Harford counties, from 2003 to 2023. Early life and career Impallaria was born in Baltimore, Maryland. He attended Joppatowne High School in Joppa, Maryland. Prior to entering politics, Impallaria owned his own auto body shop in Middle River, Maryland. He was also a chair of Citizens for Property Rights, Essex-Middle River Community in Action, is the former president of the Joppatowne Chapter of the Jay Cees Men's Club. Impallaria first got involved with politics in 2000, when he helped garner support for a referendum to repeal Senate Bill 509, which gave Baltimore County the power to condemn land in Essex and Randallstown for redevelopment. Kathy Szeliga (born October 10, 1961) is an American politician who has served as a Republican member of the Maryland House of Delegates since January 12, 2011, and as Minority Whip since 2013. Szeliga was the Republican nominee for the United States Senate in 2016 to replace Barbara Mikulski, who retired. Background Szeliga was born in Baltimore, Maryland, in October 1961. Wildlife Protection Act Of 2010
The Wildlife Protection Act of 2010 is a statute enacted by the government of the District of Columbia (which is coterminous with the United States capital city of Washington). The Act was adopted by the Council of the District of Columbia on 2010 October 5. Controversy began developing as critics of the law alleged that it protected rats without regard to their effects on the human population, a strident opponent from the outset being the Wildlife Society. The controversy broadened in early 2012 amid concerns about the prevalence of rats in the vicinity of the Occupy DC camp in the District of Columbia. The Sixth Amendment (Amendment VI) to the United States Constitution sets forth rights related to criminal prosecutions. It was ratified in 1791 as part of the United States Bill of Rights. The Vai language, also called Vy or Gallinas, is a Mande language spoken by the Vai people, roughly 104,000 in Liberia, and by smaller populations, some 15,500, in Sierra Leone. Writing system Vai is noteworthy for being one of the few African languages to have a writing system that is not based on the Latin script, Latin or Arabic script. This Vai script is a syllabary invented by Momolu Duwalu Bukele around 1833, although dates as early as 1815 have been alleged.
