Pastora De Los Llanos
The Pastora de los Llanos were a baseball club which played in the Venezuelan Professional Baseball League between the 1997–98 and 2006-07 seasons. They were based in the cities of Acarigua and Araure in Portuguesa, and played its home games at Estadio BR Julio Hernández Molina in Araure. The Pastora de los Llanos were aligned in the Western Division as a replacement for the departed Pastora de Occidente, which were based in Cabimas. Starting the 2007-08 season, the franchise moved to Margarita Island and was renamed Bravos de Margarita. The Caribes de Anzoátegui ( en, Anzoátegui Caribs) is a baseball team in the Venezuelan Professional Baseball League based in Puerto la Cruz, Anzoátegui. Franchise history In January 1987, a local businessmen group based in Puerto la Cruz, Venezuela stated their intention to Venezuelan Professional Baseball League to pursue an expansion franchise. Finally on July 15, 1987, the franchise was founded with 21 stockholders and begun a struggle for finding a second expansion team for it was a league requirement. It was not until 1990 that the Venezuelan league awarded the Puerto la Cruz-based franchise, and the Caribes de Oriente debuted in the 1991–92 season. Ramón Alfredo Castro Muñoz (born October 23, 1979 in Valencia, Carabobo, Venezuela) is a retired Venezuelan infielder. He has played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Oakland Athletics. Mickey Callaway
Michael Christopher Callaway (born May 13, 1975) is an American professional baseball coach and former pitcher in Major League Baseball (MLB). He played in MLB for the Tampa Bay Devil Rays, Anaheim Angels, and Texas Rangers and in the KBO League for the Hyundai Unicorns. Brent Bowers
Brent Raymond Bowers (born May 2, 1971) is an American former professional baseball player. Bowers played in Major League Baseball as an outfielder for the Baltimore Orioles in the 1996 season. He also played in the Korea Baseball Organization in 1999. He batted left-handed and threw right-handed. Career Bowers was drafted by the Toronto Blue Jays in the second round of the 1989 Draft. A run batted in (RBI; plural RBIs ) is a statistic in baseball and softball that credits a batter for making a play that allows a run to be scored (except in certain situations such as when an error is made on the play). Anthony Marcus Sanders (born March 2, 1974) is an American professional baseball former outfielder and current coach. He is the first base coach for the Baltimore Orioles of Major League Baseball (MLB). He played in MLB for the Toronto Blue Jays and Seattle Mariners, and in Nippon Professional Baseball (MLB) for the Yokohama BayStars.
