Passione Nera
Passione Nera is an Italian liqueur, similar to Sambuca. It is produced by Luxardo, who also produce Sambuca and Limoncello. It has a strength of 38 ABV and its consistency is very similar to the syrupy characteristics of Sambuca. Passione Nera, however, is a dark purple-black colour. Sambuca
Sambuca () is an Italian anise-flavoured, usually colourless, liqueur. Its most common variety is often referred to as ''white sambuca'' to differentiate it from other varieties that are deep blue (''black sambuca'') or bright red (''red sambuca''). Like other anise-flavoured liqueurs, the ouzo effect is sometimes observed when combined with water. Ingredients Sambuca is flavoured with essential oils obtained from star anise, or less commonly, green anise. Girolamo Luxardo S.p.A. is an Italian liqueur factory. Founded in Zadar, it moved to Torreglia near Padua after 1945. Cardamom
Cardamom (), sometimes cardamon or cardamum, is a spice made from the seeds of several plants in the genera ''Elettaria'' and ''Amomum'' in the family Zingiberaceae. Both genera are native to the Indian subcontinent and Indonesia.
