Pass Labs is a high-end-audio company based in Auburn, California, United States founded by Nelson Pass, a well-known figure in the high-end audio community. The company was founded in 1991. Pass founded, and worked at, audio company Threshold, where he developed the Stasis series of amplifiers. These designs were later licensed to Nakamichi. The Pass labs Aleph series of amplifiers operated pure class A and contained internal circuitry using MOSFETs. The Pass Casino, formerly the Eldorado Casino, is a casino in Henderson, Nevada, owned and operated by DeSimone Gaming. First opened in 1961, it was owned by Boyd Gaming from 1993 to 2020. The casino has over 350 slot machines, 6 table games, and a sportsbook. History The property opened as the Wheel Casino on February 15, 1961. By 1962, the Wheel was closed, and Paul Perry agreed to buy it. Attorney Bill Boyd represented him in the transaction, in exchange for a stake in the property. The Pro-Am Sports System (better known as PASS Sports or simply PASS) was an American regional sports network that operated from 1984 to 1997. It also served as an affiliate of the Prime Network from 1988 to 1996. Passed is a Hungarian indie electronic pop band. Their influences include Gabor Szabo and Carlos Santana. The members are twins of Polish origin, singer Dorottya and harpist Fanni Nizalowski from Budapest, bassist Dávid Godzsák, an ethnic Hungarian from Királyhelmec, Slovakia, and producer Levente Szabó from Sárospatak.
