Parwaaz Hay Junoon
''Parwaaz Hai Junoon'' ( ur, ; lit: ''Soaring is Passion'') is a 2018 Pakistani combat in film, aerial combat-War film, war romantic film, directed by Haseeb Hassan, produced by Momina Duraid and written by Farhat Ishtiaq. The film features an ensemble cast of Hamza Ali Abbasi, Ahad Raza Mir, Hania Amir, Kubra Khan, Alamdar Khan, Marina Khan, Shamoon Abbasi, Adnan Jaffar, Shaz Khan, Shafaat Ali, and Mustafa Changazi in pivotal roles. Earlier, Osman Khalid Butt was also a part of the film but had to withdraw as the film's shoot schedule clashed with his promotions for Balu Mahi. The film is a tribute to Pakistan Air Force. It was released on Eid al-Adha, 24 August 2018, under Momina & Duraid Films and was distributed by Hum Films. Haseeb Hassan (sometimes Haseeb Hasan; ur, ) is a veteran Pakistani television drama and film director. He is known for his dramas Alif, Dhoop Ki Deewar, Mann Mayal, Ahista Ahista, Dayar-e-Dil and Bol Meri Machli. Adnan Jaffar ( ur, ) is a Pakistani actor and former anchor from Karachi. He is known for his work in theatre, film and television industry of Pakistan for which he is extensively appreciated. Squadron Leader Sarfaraz Ahmed Rafiqui was a fighter pilot in the Pakistan Air Force who is known for his gallant actions in two of the aerial dogfights during Indo-Pakistani War of 1965, and is a recipient of both the Hilal-e-Jurat (Crescent of Courage) and the Sitara-e-Jurat (Star of Courage) military awards from the Government of Pakistan. ''Balu Mahi'' is a 2017 Pakistani romantic comedy directed by Haissam Hussain, produced by Sadia Jabbar and written by Saad Azhar.
