"Part 18", also known as "The Return, Part 18", is the 18th and final episode of the third season of the TV series ''Twin Peaks''. It was written by Mark Frost and David Lynch, directed by Lynch, and stars Kyle MacLachlan. Raymond Herbert Wise (born August 20, 1947) is an American actor. He is best known for his role as Leland Palmer in ''Twin Peaks'' (1990–1991, 2017) and its prequel film '' Twin Peaks: Fire Walk with Me'' (1992), Vice President Hal Gardner in '' 24'' (2006), The Devil in ''Reaper'' (2007–2009), and Marvin in ''Fresh Off the Boat'' (2015–2020), as well as his film roles in ''Swamp Thing'' (1982), '' RoboCop'' (1987), and '' Jeepers Creepers 2'' (2003). Frank A. Silva (October 31, 1950 – September 13, 1995) was an American set dresser and actor best known for his performance as the evil spirit Killer BOB in the TV series ''Twin Peaks''. Bob (sometimes known as BOB or Killer BOB) is a fictional character in the ABC television series ''Twin Peaks,'' played by Frank Silva. He is an interdimensional entity who feeds on pain and sorrow. An inhabiting spirit, he possesses human beings and then commits acts of rape and murder in order to feast upon his victims. Bob made his first appearance in the pilot episode, "Northwest Passage", where he makes a brief appearance in a vision Sarah Palmer has. The character eventually grew into the series' main antagonist in the second season.
