Parque Puebla is a shopping mall in the La Cienega area of Puebla City, Mexico, located between the Stadium District and the Instituto Tecnológico de Puebla near the Mexico City–Puebla tollway (150D). It was developed by Fibra Danhos at a cost of 4.5 billion pesos (240 million U.S. dollars). Governor Rafael Moreno of the State of Puebla inaugurated the center in January 2017. Puebla de Zaragoza (; nah, Cuetlaxcoapan), formally Heroica Puebla de Zaragoza, formerly Puebla de los Ángeles during colonial times, or known in English simply as Puebla, is the seat of Puebla Municipality. Mexican Federal Highway 150D
Federal Highway 150D is a toll highway connecting Mexico City to Veracruz (city), Veracruz City via Puebla (city), Puebla City and Córdoba, Veracruz, Córdoba. It serves as one of the backbones of Mexico's toll road system. The road is primarily operated by Caminos y Puentes Federales, which charges cars 520 pesos to travel Highway 150D,Tarifas Vigentes

History

Highway 150D from Mexico City to Puebla was formally opened on May 5, 1962, coinciding with the centennial of the Battle of Puebla. The Puebla second deck opened in 2016, costing 10.5 billion pesos; the lower level is to be converted into a state-operated road with traffic lights.

Rafael Moreno Valle Rosas
Rafael Moreno Valle Rosas (30 June 1968 – 24 December 2018) was a Mexican politician affiliated with the National Action Party (PAN). He was the governor of Puebla from February 2011 through January 2017. Moreno Valle also served as a deputy of the LIX Legislature of the Mexican Congress representing Puebla and as a senator in the LX, LXI and LXIV Legislatures. Moreno Valle was the grandson of Rafael Moreno Valle, a doctor and politician who also served as the governor of Puebla from 1969 to 1972. He was also the spouse of Martha Erika Alonso Hidalgo, the first woman governor of Puebla. Sears México is operated by Grupo Sanborns, a division of Grupo Carso. History Early history On 26 February 1947, the first Sears in Mexico was opened in Mexico City by Sears, Roebuck and Co. to an excited public.
