Park Seung-hi
Park Seung-hi (; born 28 March 1992) is a former South Korean short track and long track speed skater. She is the 2010 Overall World Champion. She won two gold medals and three bronze medals at 2010 Winter Olympics and 2014 Winter Olympics. Her sister is Park Seung-ju, a long track speed skater, and her brother Park Se-yeong, a short track speed skater. She switched to long-track speed skating after the 2014 Sochi Olympics. After the 2018 Pyeongchang Olympics Park announced her retirement from speedskating. Career At the 2010 Winter Olympics, she competed in four events. In her first event, the 500 m, she was disqualified in the quarterfinals. Three days later, she competed in the 1500 m. Despite setting an Olympic record in the semifinals, she finished third in the final. In the 3000 m relay, her team finished first but was disqualified by one of the track judges. Park Seung-ju ( ko, 박승주; born September 15, 1990, in Seoul) is a South Korean speed-skater. Park competed at the 2014 Winter Olympics for South Korea. In the 500 metres she finished 26th overall, and in the 1000 metres she was 31st. As of September 2014, Park's best performance at the World Single Distance Speed Skating Championships is 20th, in the 2013 1000m. Her best performance at the World Sprint Speed Skating Championships is 16th, in 2014. Park also won a silver medal at the 2007 World Junior Speed Skating Championships. Park made her World Cup debut in November 2012. As of September 2014, Park's top World Cup finish is 20th in a 1000m race at Harbin in 2012–13. 2011 Asian Winter Games
The 2011 Asian Winter Games ( kz, 2011 жылғы қысқы Азия ойындары, 2011 jılğı qısqı Azïya oyındarı) was a multi-sport event that was held in Nur-Sultan, Astana and Almaty, Kazakhstan, that began on January 30, 2011, and ended on February 6, 2011. It was the first time that Kazakhstan hosted such a large event since independence from the Soviet Union. The documents for the hosting city were signed in Kuwait on March 4, 2006.
