Secretary is a title often used in organizations to indicate a person having a certain amount of authority, power, or importance in the organization. The Constitutional Court of Korea () is highest constitutional court in judicial branch of South Korea, seated in Jongno, Seoul. South is one of the cardinal directions or compass points. The direction is the opposite of north and is perpendicular to both east and west.
