Park Chul-woo (volleyball)
Park Chul-woo (Hangul: 박철우; born in Gumi, Gyeongsangbuk-do) is a South Korean male volleyball player. On club level he currently plays for the Suwon KEPCO Vixtorm. Career Club career Park began his professional career out of high school in 2004 after signing a contract with the Hyundai Capital Skywalkers. An unrestricted free agent in the 2010 offseason, Park was signed by the Samsung Fire Bluefangs on May 31. International career Park first garnered attention at the 2003 World Junior Volleyball Championship, where he led his team to the semifinals of the tournament as the starting opposite spiker. Next year he won the gold medal at the 2004 Asian Junior Volleyball Championship as part of the South Korean junior national team. In 2005 Park got called up to the junior national team again for the 2005 World Junior Volleyball Championship, where his team finished in sixth place. Gumi, Gyeongsangbuk-do
Gumi (; ) is the second largest city in Gyeongsangbuk-do, South Korea. FIVB Volleyball Men's U21 World Championship
The FIVB Volleyball Men's U21 World Championship, called the FIVB Volleyball Men's Junior World Championship between 2007 and 2011, is the world championship of volleyball for male players under the age of 21 organized by ''Fédération Internationale de Volleyball'' ( FIVB). The first edition was staged in 1977 in Brazil and tournaments have been played every four years for the first three editions and every two years since then. The most recent tournament was hosted by Bahrain in the city of Manama and won by Iran. Russia is the most successful nation in the tournament's history, with six titles and three runners-up. India Men's National Volleyball Team
The India men's national volleyball team represents India in international volleyball competitions. It is managed by the Volleyball Federation of India and is currently sponsored by Sahara India Pariwar and Asics. The Indian volleyball team has had a rollercoaster ride in its history. Although they have never qualified for the Olympics, they have appeared in the World Championship twice. Despite having little to no presence at the world stage in its history, the team has enjoyed some success at the continental level by clinching a silver medal and two bronze medals at the Asian Games. Iran Men's National Volleyball Team
The Iran Men's National Volleyball Team is the official national men's volleyball team of Iran. It is governed by the Islamic Republic of Iran Volleyball Federation (I.R.I.V.F.) and takes part in international volleyball competitions.
