Paramount High School
Paramount High School is a comprehensive public high school in Paramount, California, USA. It is part of the Paramount Unified School District. The school serves students in grades 9–12 on two campuses, West Campus for 9th grade students and Senior Campus for grades 10–12. Being the largest school in the area with one of the highest populations in California, most students enrolled come from the cities of Paramount, Lakewood, Bellflower, Long Beach, Rancho Dominguez and South Gate. Paramount is a city in Los Angeles County, California, United States. According to the 2010 census, the city had a total population of 54,098, down from 55,266 at the 2000 census. Paramount is part of the Greater Los Angeles Area and is bordered by Compton and Lynwood to the west, South Gate and Downey to the north, Bellflower to the east and south, and Long Beach to the south. In a four-season major league career (1985–1988), Sellers posted a 13–22 record with 226 strikeouts and a 4.97 ERA in innings pitched, including seven complete games and two shutouts.
