Giovanni Papini (9 January 18818 July 1956) was an Italian journalist, essayist, novelist, short story writer, poet, literary critic, and Italian philosophy, philosopher. A controversial literary figure of the early and mid-twentieth century, he was the earliest and most enthusiastic representative and promoter of Italian pragmatism. Papini was admired for his writing style and engaged in heated polemics. Sherri Papini Kidnapping Hoax
An American woman named Sherri Papini disappeared on November 2, 2016, reportedly while out jogging a mile from her home in Redding, California. Papini was 34 years old at the time. She reappeared three weeks later on Thanksgiving Day, November 24, having been reportedly freed by her captors at 4:30 that morning still wearing restraints, on the side of County Road 17 near Interstate 5 in Yolo County, about 150 miles (240 km) south of where she disappeared. The case garnered major media attention, with national law enforcement experts reporting doubts or otherwise baffled as to the unlikely details and inconsistencies of the reported abduction. On March 3, 2022, Papini was arrested on charges of making false statements to federal law enforcement officers and for mail fraud. Romeo Papini (born 21 March 1983) is an Italian footballer who plays for Voluntas Spoleto. Biography Born in Rome, Lazio, Papini started his career at Serie B team Ternana. Giuseppe Paupini (25 February 1907 – 18 July 1992) was an Italian prelate of the Catholic Church who spent most of his career in the diplomatic service of the Holy See before taking a position in the Roman Curia as Major Penitentiary of the Apostolic Penitentiary. He became a cardinal in 1969. Biography. Giuseppe Paupini was born in Mondavio, Italy. He was educated at the local seminary of the diocese of Fano and later at the Pontifical Regional Seminary "Pio XI" and at the Pontifical Lateran University where he earned a doctorate in canon law. He was ordained on 19 March 1930 in Fano. He worked in the diocese of Fano and as a faculty member of its seminary from 1932 until 1939.
