Giuseppe Papadopulo (born 2 February 1948) is an Italian football manager and former player who played as a defender. He was last in charge as head coach of Torino. Career Papadopulo was born in Casale Marittimo, Pisa. He played for Livorno, Lazio, Brindisi, Arezzo, Salernitana and Bari, Papadopulo started his coaching career in 1984 at Cecina, a minor amateur team of Tuscany. Then, after two years as assistant coach for Casertana, he debuted at the professional level in 1987 for Sorrento. In 1989, he coached of Licata, a small Sicilian Serie B team at the time. After two other coaching experiences for Monopoli and Perugia, Papadopulo in 1993 drove Acireale to a surprising promotion to Serie B. Efstathios "Tassos" Nikolaou Papadopoulos ( el, Ευστάθιος (Τάσσος) Νικολάου Παπαδόπουλος; 7 January 1934 – 12 December 2008) was a Cypriot politician and barrister who served as the fifth president of Cyprus from 2003 to 2008. Early life His parents were Nicolas and Aggeliki from Assia. He was the first of three children. Papadopoulos attended the Ayios Kassianos and Elenio primary schools in Nicosia and then the Pancyprian Gymnasium. Stephanos Papadopoulos (born 1976) is a Greek-American poet. Biography Stephanos Papadopoulos was born in North Carolina and raised in Paris and Athens. Panos Papadopoulos (born 1958 in Kertezi, Greece) is the founder, designer and entrepreneur behind Panos Emporio AB, established 1986 in Gothenburg, Sweden, the largest swimwear supplier in Scandinavia. He is known as the "King of Swimwear". He is also well known as the man who desired to change the face of beauty competitions when he purchased the Miss Sweden contest and changed the name to New Miss Sweden. Michal Papadopulos (born 14 April 1985) is a Czech professional footballer who most recently played as a forward for Czech club MFK Karviná. Career Papadopulos started his football career in his native Ostrava at NH Ostrava, and then Baník Ostrava. He moved early to English club Arsenal in July 2003. Manolis Papadopoulos ( el, Μανώλης Παπαδόπουλος; born 22 April 1968) is a Greek professional footballer who played as a defender and a manager. Club career Papadopoulos started his career in 1988 at Ionikos, where he was transferred to AEK Athens, in the summer of 1992, while before that he had also been from Olympiakos. Lefteris (Eleftherios) Papadopoulos ( el, Λευτέρης Παπαδόπουλος) is a Greek lyricist, writer and journalist. Lefteris Papadopoulos was born in Athens, Greece on 14 November 1935. He is the son of Greek refugees, with a father from a village near Bursa in today's Turkey and a mother from a village near Novorossiysk in Russia. His parents were expelled in 1924 during the population exchange between Greece and Turkey. He enrolled at the Law School of the University of Athens but stopped during his third year in order to work as a journalist. Lazaros Papadopoulos (Greek: Λάζαρος Παπαδόπουλος; born 3 June 1980) is a Greek former professional basketball player. He was listed at 7 ft (2.13 m) 265 lbs (120 kg), and he played the center position. During his playing career, he was best known for his signature skyhook move.
