Alfonso Papa
Alfonso Papa (born in Naples, Italy, 2 January 1970) is a former judge, university professor and member of the Italian Parliament. Education, Professor and Judicial Career Papa graduated cum laude at the University of Federico II di Napoli in 1990 with a thesis on trade law. In 1991, Mr. Papa was an assistant for Professor Gianfranco Campobasso and Professor Carlo Di Nanni. He taught as a professor of Criminal Law at the L.U.M. University in Bari and as a professor of “The History of Criminal Organizations” at the Universitarian Institute “Suor Orsola Benincasa” in Naples. Emiliano Papa
Emiliano Ramiro Papa (born 19 April 1982) is an Argentine former football player, who played as a left-back. Club career Papa made his debut for Rosario Central in 2002, going on to play over 100 games for the club. In 2006, he moved to Vélez Sársfield. However, after a single season with Vélez he returned to Rosario Central on loan, re-establishing himself in the starting lineup and captaining the team on several occasions. After the season-long loan in Rosario Central ended, Papa returned to Vélez Sársfield and became the team's starter at left-back, relegating Pablo Lima. Gary Papa
Gary Papa (September 2, 1954 – June 19, 2009) was a sportscaster with WPVI-TV in Philadelphia from April 1981 to June 2009 and was the 5:30 p.m., 6 p.m., and 11:00 p.m. sportcaster. He joined the station as a weekend sportscaster in 1981 and was promoted to the 6:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. newscasts in 1991, and was named sports director one year prior. In June 2003, he added the 5:30 p.m. newscast to his duties on an interim basis. Prior to working at WPVI, Papa worked at WGR-TV (1978-1981) in his hometown of Buffalo, New York and WSTV-TV in Steubenville, Ohio (1976-1978). Rav Pappa ( he, רַב פַּפָּא) (c. 300 – died 375) was a Babylonian rabbi, of the fifth generation of amoraim. Biography He was a student of Rava and Abaye. After the death of his teachers he founded a school at Naresh, a city near Sura, in which he officiated as "resh metivta," his friend and associate, Rav Huna ben Joshua, acting as "resh kallah" (356-375). Papa's father seems to have been wealthy and to have enabled his son to devote himself to study. Papa inherited some property from his father; and he also amassed great wealth by brewing beer, an occupation in which he was an expert. Salvatore Papa (born 26 November 1990) is an Italian footballer who plays as a midfielder for club Gelbison. Club career Born in Cosenza, Calabria, Papa made his league debut for Serie C2 team Rende on 14 January 2007 as substitute. At the end of the season the team relegated, re-located to Cosenza and merged with AS Cosenza Calcio and became Fortitudo Cosenza.
