Panamericana Televisión (sometimes shortened to Panamericana and formerly known as PANTEL) is a Peruvian television network, which was founded on July 21, 1957 and had later begun its official broadcast on October 16, 1959. History Early years The family of Genaro Delgado Brandt had owned radio stations in Peru since 1937. In 1953, Delgado Brandt founded Empresa Radiodifusora Panamericana S.A. ("Panamerican Radio Broadcasting Company"), whose primary station was Radio Panamericana. Three of Delgado Brandt's kids—Genaro, Héctor and Manuel—became part of the family business. In 1956, Genaro Delgado Parker began to study the possibility of starting a television station to cover Lima, traveling to the United States, Mexico and Cuba to see the latest in television technology, and to bring it to his home country, Delgado Parker enlisted the help of Don Isaac Lindley, owner of the Inca Kola bottling plant and financial backer for the new station, and Cuban television magnate Goar ...

Guylène Pantel
Guylène Pantel (14 December 1963) is a French politician of Socialist Party (PS) who has been serving as a member of the French Senate since 2017, representing Lozère. Biography Pantel was elected municipal councilor of Ispagnac in the first round of the municipal elections of 2008. She became the first deputy mayor of this municipality on 4 April 2014, then interim mayor on 28 May 2018. She was elected mayor on 31 July. She was elected departmental councilor of Lozère for the canton of Florac in 2015, then became fourth vice-president of the departmental council of Lozère on 2 April 2015. In January 2017, she became first vice-president of the newly created community of municipalities Gorges Causses Cévennes. On 4 March 2020, Pantel became a senator for Lozère following the death of Alain Bertrand. Sylvia Pantel (born 1 January 1961) is a German politician who was a member of the Bundestag from the state of North Rhine-Westphalia from 2013 to 2021. From 1996 to 2024, she was a member of the Christian Democratic Union (CDU). Political career Pantel first became a member of the Bundestag in the 2013 German federal election, representing the Düsseldorf II district. In parliament, she was a member of the Committee on Families, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth. Pantel lost her seat in the 2021 German federal election.
