Alfonso Discher Tagle Sr., better known as Panchito Alba or simply Panchito (February 5, 1925 – December 18, 1995), was a Filipino film actor who almost exclusively appeared in comedy roles. He was known for his swarthy looks and a prominent big nose, which was often the target of ridicule, especially Dolphy calling him "baboy ramo" (wild boar). Panchito frequently appeared as a comedic foil to Dolphy, with whom he was best friends in real life. Biography Panchito was born in Paco, Manila. Panchito Pistoles is a cartoon anthropomorphic rooster created by Fred Moore. He first appeared in the 1944 Disney film ''The Three Caballeros'' with his friends Donald Duck and José Carioca. He later appeared in several Disney comics, including a year-long run in the ''Silly Symphony'' Sunday comic strip (1944–1945) as well as Don Rosa's comic book stories ''The Three Caballeros Ride Again'' (2000) and ''The Magnificent Seven (Minus 4) Caballeros'' (2005). Francisco Cecílio Velázquez (born 10 January 1975), nicknamed "Panchito", is a retired Argentine roller hockey player. As a forward, he is remembered as one of the greatest roller hockey players, being often compared to his idol António Livramento and called "the Maradona of hockey" by his fans. Player career Velázquez started playing roller hockey at the age of 4 in Club Atlético Social San Juan as a goalkeeper, following the footsteps of his father, a former goalkeeper of Argentina between 1966 and 1974.
