''Pagtatag!'' (stylized in All caps, all uppercase; ) is the second extended play (EP) recorded by the Filipino boy band SB19, released by Sony Music Philippines on June 9, 2023. The EP includes songs of genres Pop music, pop, Electronic dance music, EDM, Hip hop music, hip hop, Soul music, soul, and Rhythm and blues, R&B—all co-written by the band's leader, Pablo (Filipino musician), Pablo—as part of the band's desire to explore genres since their departure from the dance-pop music in their Get in the Zone, 2020 debut album. The EP was produced by Pablo, his brother Joshua Daniel Nase, Simon Servida, August Rigo, Brian Lotho, Len Calvo, and Ohwon Lee. Development on ''Pagtatag!'' began in 2022 while SB19 embarked on their WYAT (Where You At) Tour, first world tour and continued after they departed from the talent agency ShowBT Entertainment, ShowBT to pursue self-management. Pagtatag! World Tour
The Pagtatag! World Tour was the second Concert tour, world tour headlined by the Filipino boy band SB19, launched to support their second extended play (EP), ''Pagtatag!'' (2023). The world tour comprises 18 shows that commenced on June 24, 2023, in Quezon City, Philippines, stopping by in the United States, Canada, and Japan. The tour concluded on May 19, 2024. The boy band began sharing details about the tour's development in 2022 while embarking on their first world tour with Where You At Tour, WYAT (Where You At) Tour. The tour was announced via the band's social media accounts, initially having 12 dates, after posting a trailer revealing their EP's release. The boy band began rehearsing for the tour a month before the EP's release, which they stated would have a longer production from their previous tour.
