''Pagalpanti'' is a 2018 Indian Gujarati-language comedy film directed by Jakee Patel featuring Rahul Dev, Mukul Dev, Ali AsgarPurva Rana and Bhavik Bhojak. The film was released on 1 Jun, 2018. Foram Mehta and Dinesh Lamba play supporting roles in the film. Plot This comedy-drama is about several people from different states who went for a tour where they met for the first occasion. Most of time they tend to quarrel with each other because of the differences between their states. Rahul Dev (born 27 September 1968) is an Indian actor and former model who predominantly works in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam language films and few Marathi, Bengali, Bhojpuri, Gujarati, Punjabi and Odia flims. Early life Rahul Dev and his brother Mukul Dev both are sons of Hari Dev who was an Assistant Commissioner of Police. Mukul Dev (born 17 September 1970) is an Indian television and film actor. He is known for his work in Hindi films, Punjabi films, TV serials and music albums. He has also acted in few Bengali, Malayalam, Kannada and Telugu films. He received the 7th Amrish Puri Award, for excellence in acting for his role in ''Yamla Pagla Deewana''.
