''Gay'' is a term that primarily refers to a homosexual person or the trait of being homosexual. The term originally meant 'carefree', 'cheerful', or 'bright and showy'. Levallois-Perret () is a commune in the Hauts-de-Seine department and Île-de-France region of north-central France. Overview It had a circulation of around 40,000 and was composed primarily of articles and opinion polls about current events, as well as information relating to gay culture, activism, and local Parisian issues.
