Packet Data Protocol
The GPRS core network is the central part of the general packet radio service (GPRS) which allows 2G, 3G and WCDMA mobile telephony, mobile networks to transmit Internet Protocol, IP packets to external networks such as the Internet. The GPRS system is an integrated part of the GSM network switching subsystem. The network provides mobility management, session management and Transport layer, transport for Internet Protocol packet services in GSM and WCDMA networks. The core network also provides support for other functions such as Telecommunications billing, billing and lawful interception. It was also proposed, at one stage, to support packet radio services in the US Digital AMPS, D-AMPS TDMA system, however, in practice, all of these networks have been converted to GSM so this option has become irrelevant. The Papua Presidium Council ( id, Presidium Dewan Papua) was a 31-member umbrella group that was established to represent Indonesia's West Papua voice for the region's more autonomy within Indonesia and not necessarily independence. It is not only representing papuan groups but also migrants from other Indonesia islanders. It is commonly referred to as PDP among the Papuans. The Presidium presides the Papua Council, which is claimed as a re-emerged form of the New Guinea Council, established in 1961, which was approved and gazetted by the Kingdom of the Netherlands . Peace And Development Party
The Peace and Development Party (PDP, so, Xisbiga Nabadda Iyo Horumarka) was a political party in Somalia. It was established in April 2011 by Hassan Sheikh Mohamud, the President of Somalia from 2012 to 2017. PDP members unanimously elected him as the party's Chairman in April 2011, with a mandate to serve as leader for the next three years. The party's leadership also has ties with Al-Islah, Somalia's branch of the Muslim Brotherhood.
