PDIU
The Party for Justice, Integration and Unity (, or PDIU) is a nationalist, right-wing political party in Albania whose primary aim is the promotion of national issues. The party focuses on highlighting national issues, including Kosovo recognition, Albanians in North Macedonia, Montenegro, Presevo Valley and especially the Cham issue. Formation and leadership It was formed as a union of the Party for Justice and Integration and the Party for Justice and Unity. Shpëtim Idrizi is its current chairman, while Tahir Muhedini is now the honorary president. Albanian Nationalism
Albanian nationalism is a general grouping of nationalist ideas and concepts generated by ethnic Albanians that were first formed in the 19th century during the Albanian National Awakening ( sq, Rilindja). The Parliament of Albania ( sq, Kuvendi i Shqipërisë) or Kuvendi is the unicameral representative body of the citizens of the Republic of Albania; it is Albania's legislature. Shpëtim Idrizi
Shpëtim Idrizi (born 7 July 1967) is the Albanian leader of the Party for Justice, Integration and Unity (PDIU). He is a deputy in the Albanian Parliament, alongside Dashamir Tahiri, another PJU MP. Cham Issue
The Cham issue refers to a controversy which has been raised by Albania since the 1990s over the repatriation of the Cham Albanians, who were expelled from the Greek region of Epirus between 1944 and 1945, at the end of World War II, citing the collaboration of the majority of them with the occupying forces of the Axis powers. "During World War II, it is likely that a majority of Chams supported the Axis forces..." While Albania believes that the issue should be re-opened, Greece considers the matter closed. However, it was agreed that a bilateral commission should be created, but only in regard to the issue of property, as a technical problem. Sukth is a village and a former municipality in the Durrës County, western Albania. At the 2015 local government reform it became a subdivision of the municipality Durrës.
