P46 is a regional Ukraine road ( P-highway) in Sumy Oblast and Kharkiv Oblast, Ukraine, running mainly west–east and connecting Okhtyrka with Kharkiv in a more or less straight line. It begins at Highway H12 in Okhtyrka and passes through Khodunaivka, Kupjevakha, Hubarivka, Bohodukhiv, Musiyki, Krysynska, Maksymivka, Horkoho, Vilshany, Dvorichnyi Kut, Peresichne, Solonytsivka, Podvirky, and finally arrives to the Kholodnohirsk District of Kharkiv at Zalyutynska Street and Poltavskyi Shlyakh Street ( Highway M01). Okhtyrka
Okhtyrka ( uk, Охти́рка, ) is a city located in the Sumy Oblast (province) of Ukraine. It is administratively incorporated as a city of oblast significance. The city has also served as the administrative center of the smaller Okhtyrka Raion since 1975, although it does not belong to the raion itself. Okhtyrka was once home to Hussars and Cossacks. It was also once a regional seat of the Sloboda Ukraine imperial region and of the Ukrainian SSR. Since the discovery of oil and gas in 1961, Okhtyrka has become the "oil capital of Ukraine." It is home to Okhtyrka air base and historical and religious places of interest. The villages of Velyke Ozero (274 inhabitants), Zaluzhany (28 inhabitants), Prystan (7 inhabitants), and Koziatyn (6 inhabitants) belong to the Okhtyrka city administration which is designated into a separate subdivision of the Sumy Oblast. H12 is an important Ukraine national highway ( H-highway) in Sumy and Poltava Oblasts, Ukraine, running mainly north–south, and connecting Sumy with Poltava in a more or less straight line. It begins in Sumy at Bandera Street ( Highway H07/ Highway P61) and Illinska Street, and travels straight through central Sumy. Highway M01 (Ukraine)
M01 is a Ukraine international highway ( M-highway) that stretches from the state capital, Kyiv, to the northern border with Belarus. Together with the M05 it is a part of the European routes E95 (Saint Petersburg – Kyiv – Odessa Samsun – Merzifon) and the Trans-European transportation corridor IX. Also together with the M02 it is part of E101 (Kyiv – Moscow). Route / Junctions is long going in the north-south direction. Its southern end is in Kyiv at intersection of Academician Hlushkov Parkway (Akademika Hlushkova Avenue) and Academician Zabolotny Parkway (Akademika Zabolotnoho Avenue).
