Cyclin-dependent kinase 1 also known as CDK1 or cell division cycle protein 2 homolog is a highly conserved protein that functions as a serine/threonine protein kinase, and is a key player in cell cycle regulation. It has been highly studied in the budding yeast ''S. cerevisiae'', and the fission yeast ''S. pombe'', where it is encoded by genes ''cdc28'' an''cdc2'' respectively. With its cyclin partners, Cdk1 forms complexes that phosphorylate a variety of target substrates (over 75 have been identified in budding yeast); phosphorylation of these proteins leads to cell cycle progression. Papyrus 34 (in the Biblical manuscript#Gregory-Aland, Gregory-Aland numbering), designated by 𝔓34, is a copy of the New Testament in Greek language, Greek. It is a papyrus manuscript of the Pauline epistles, it contains First Epistle to the Corinthians, 1 Cor 16:4-7.10; Second Epistle to the Corinthians, 2 Cor 5:18-21; 10:13-14; 11:2.4.6-7. The manuscript Palaeography, paleographically has been assigned to the 7th century. The Greek text of this codex is a representative of the Alexandrian text-type. Tyrrell P34
The Tyrrell P34 (Project 34), commonly known as the "six-wheeler", was a Formula One (F1) race car designed by Derek Gardner (designer), Derek Gardner, Tyrrell Racing, Tyrrell's chief designer. The car used four specially manufactured 10-inch diameter (254 mm) wheels and tyres at the front, with two ordinary-sized wheels at the back. Along with the Brabham BT46, Brabham BT46B "fancar" developed in , the six-wheeled Tyrrell was one of the most radical entries ever to succeed in F1 competition and has been called the most recognisable design in the history of world motorsports. The P34 was introduced in September 1975 and began racing in the 1976 Formula One season, 1976 season. It proved successful and led other teams to begin design of six-wheeled platforms of their own. The Wedell-Williams XP-34 was a fighter aircraft design submitted to the United States Army Air Corps (USAAC) before World War II by Marguerite Clark Williams, widow of millionaire Harry P. Williams, former owner and co-founder of the Wedell-Williams Air Service Corporation.
