P. C. Thomas
Pulloli Chacko Thomas (born 31 October 1950) is an Indian politician who was Union Minister of State for Law and Justice for Kerala from 2003 to 2004 and a six-term member of Lok Sabha from 1989 to 2009. He is the Deputy Chairman of Kerala Congress Political life Thomas was a member of Lok Sabha from 9th Lok Sabha to 14th Lok Sabha, serving for 20 years from 1989 to 2009. He was also Union Minister of State for Law and Justice from 2003 to 2004 in the Third Vajpayee Ministry. His first contest in General election was in 1987, from Vazhoor Legislate Assembly Constituency, which he lost. Later in 1989 he contested in the Lok Sabha election from Muvattupuzha as the candidate of Kerala Congress (M) and defeated Left Democratic Front (LDF) candidate P. P. Esthos and P. J. Kanjirappally is a taluk and a town in Kottayam district situated about away from the district capital, in the state of Kerala, India. Left Democratic Front (Kerala)
The Left Democratic Front (LDF) is an alliance of left-wing political parties in the state of Kerala, India. It is the current ruling political alliance of Kerala, since 2016. It is one of the two major political alliances in Kerala, the other being Indian National Congress-led United Democratic Front, each of which has been in power alternately for the last four decades. LDF has won the elections to the State Legislature of Kerala in the years 1980, 1987, 1996, 2006, 2016 and had a historic re-election in 2021 where an incumbent government was re-elected for first time in 40 years. Thomas Chazhikadan
Thomas Chazhikadan (born 25 September 1952) is an Indian politician and Chartered Accountant and the current elected Member of Parliament from Kottayam Lok Sabha constituency and a former MLA of Kerala for Ettumanoor constituency from 1991 to 2011. He successfully contested as UDF candidate from Kottayam for Lok Sabha election in 2019. He is a member of the Kerala Congress (M). He was the elder brother of politician Babu Chazhikadan, who was the original candidate from Ettumanoor, but killed by a lightning strike during the election campaign of 1991. Rubber, also called India rubber, latex, Amazonian rubber, ''caucho'', or ''caoutchouc'', as initially produced, consists of polymers of the organic compound isoprene, with minor impurities of other organic compounds.
