Ove Skaug
Ove Skaug (10 November 1912 – 27 August 2005) was a Norwegian engineer and civil servant. Born in Horten, he took his examen artium in 1932. He graduated with the siv.ing. degree in electronic engineering from the Norwegian Institute of Technology in 1937. Skaug worked twenty years as deputy as chief of operations of Trondheim Sporvei, the municipal tram company in Trondheim. In 1958 he was appointed director, but the following year he quit to become chief of administration for the municipality. From 1960, he became director of Oslo Sporveier. He retired in 1982. Oslo Sporveier
AS Oslo Sporveier is a defunct municipal owned company responsible for public transport in Oslo, Norway. It was created in 1924 to take over the city's two private tram companies. In 1927 its started with bus transport, including from 1940 to 1968 trolleybuses. Since 1966 rapid transit and from 1985 water buses have also been operated by the company. It was split into two separate companies in 2006; Kollektivtransportproduksjon took over the operation while Oslo Public Transport Administration (who retained the Oslo Sporveier brand) was responsible for buying the services, fare regulation and marketing. Trondheim Sporvei
Trondheim Sporvei was a municipally owned tram operator in Trondheim, Norway that existed between 1936 and 1974. The company operated the municipal parts of the Trondheim Tramway until it was merged with A/S Graakalbanen and Trondheim Bilruter to create Trondheim Trafikkselskap. That company has become part of Nettbuss, the largest Norwegian bus company in Norway which is owned by Norwegian State Railways (''Norges Statsbaner AS'').
