Ousman Jallow (born 21 October 1988 in Banjul) is a Gambian footballer who plays as a striker, most recently for Cypriot club Yenicami Ağdelen. Ousman Krubally (born March 13, 1988) is an American-Gambian professional basketball player for Keravnos of the Cypriot League. He is a 2.02 m (6' 7") tall power forward and small ball center. After playing four years of college basketball at Georgia State, Krubally entered the 2010 NBA draft, but he was not selected in the draft's two rounds. High school Krubally attended and played high school basketball at W. D. Mohammed High School, in Atlanta, Georgia. Ousman Rambo Jatta (born 13 June 1969), known as Rambo, is a Gambian politician. He is currently a councillor in Old Bakau and deputy leader of the Alliance for Patriotic Reorientation and Construction (APRC). Political career Jatta was a member of the United Democratic Party (UDP). In 2006, he protested against suspected misconduct in the Gambian presidential election. He claimed that a group of people travelling in army vehicles on their way to vote were, instead of Gambian soldiers, non-Gambians dressed in military uniforms. As a result of this allegation, Jatta was arrested on 23 September. He was defended by UDP party leader and human rights lawyer Ousainou Darboe. Jatta was held in prison for a year. Ousman Sonko (born 9 January 1969) is a former Gambian politician. He served as Interior Minister between 2006 and 2016 under the Gambian dictator Yahya Jammeh. During this period he is suspected of taking part in acts of torture, including in detention centers. Youth Sonko was born in Serekunda. Military career Sonko had a career in the military, starting in 1989. In early 2000 he served as commander of the State Guards Battalion.
