Sira Wally Ndow-Njie
Sirra Wally Ndow-Njie (also Ndow Njai) is a Gambian politician. She has served as Minister of Energy, Minister of Petroleum, and Deputy Minister of Tourism and Culture. In June 2016 she was arrested on economic crime charges and detained in prison until the charges were dropped in April 2017. Political career Ndow-Njie served on the National Planning Commission in April 2008 and was deputy-director of Gambia's National Water & Electricity Company. From 25 December 2009 to 10 June 2010, she served in the cabinet of Gambian president Yahya Jammeh as Minister of Energy. The Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation and Gambians Abroad, commonly known as just the Minister of Foreign Affairs, is a cabinet position in the Gambia, appointed by the President of the Gambia. Omar Touray
Omar Alieu Touray (born 5 November 1965) is a Gambian diplomat. He was the Gambia's Permanent Representative to the United Nations from 2007 to 2008 and has been Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs since March 2008. Touray received his B.A. (literature and linguistics) from Ain Shams University in 1987 and graduated with a Ph.D. in international relations at the Graduate Institute of International Studies in Geneva in 1994. He was liaison officer for the World Indigenous Organization at the United Nations Office at Geneva from September 1993 to December 1994. Mamadou Tangara
Mamadou Tangara (born 4 June 1965) is a Gambian diplomat and politician who has served as Minister of Foreign Affairs since 2018, having previously served in 2012 and from 2010–2012. Tangara also served as Gambian Permanent Representative to the United Nations from 2017–2018 and from 2013–2016. Early life and education Tangara was born in Banjul in 1965. He completed two master's degrees, at the University of Limoges in France and the University of Louvain (UCLouvain) in Belgium.
