In Dream
''In Dream'' is the fifth studio album by British band Editors. It was produced by the band themselves and released on 2 October 2015 through PIAS Recordings. Background On 15 July 2015, the band announced the album via Facebook and said in a statement: "Our last record was the sound of us learning to walk again, with new legs! ''In Dream'', our first self produced album, is us diving into the computer, a real studio record, made in isolation by the 5 of us". According to Tom Smith, the record is driven by a belief that "music can be both pop and experimental." "It feels like a progression from our third record. It was very electronic, but I feel like the last record had to be a guitar record to prove to ourselves that we could be a band," says Smith. "To us, it's interesting if it has a darkness. Whatever that is. On the lyric side of things, if I was singing about dancefloors or happier or rosier things, it wouldn't ring true for me. I don't think you need to be sad to write ...

''Our Love to Admire'' is the third studio album by American rock band Interpol, released on July 10, 2007, through Capitol Records and Parlophone. Recorded at Electric Lady Studios in Greenwich Village and The Magic Shop in New York City, the album is the group's first to be released on a major label as they departed from Matador Records beforehand. On April 25, 2007, the band officially announced the album title as ''Our Love to Admire'' as well as the track listing. The first single off the new album, "The Heinrich Maneuver", was released on May 7, 2007. ''Our Love to Admire'' was largely well-received; however, the album's elaborate musical arrangement polarized some critics, since it was such a departure from the relatively simple sound the band had been known for on previous albums. The album was re-released with a bonus DVD in the UK and Mexico on November 19, 2007, featuring music videos for "The Heinrich Maneuver" and "No I in Threesome" as well as live performances from ...

Matt Bianco
Matt Bianco are a British band that were formed in 1983. They are mainly known for their success in the mid-1980s and their jazz, Latin-flavoured music. The group's name suggests that Matt Bianco is a person, often assumed to be an alias for the main member and front man Mark Reilly. According to the group, however, Matt is in fact "a made up spy, a secret agent; we loved spy TV themes and film scores". Early years Matt Bianco was formed in 1983 by Mark Reilly (vocals), Danny White (keyboard), Kito Poncioni (bass) – all of whom had just left art pop group Blue Rondo A La Turk – and vocalist Basia Trzetrzelewska. The band called itself "Bronze" before settling on the name Matt Bianco in 1983. The group was pictured as a quartet for their first single (" Get Out of Your Lazy Bed"/"Big Rosie"), although Poncioni only played on the non-album B-side "Big Rosie". He dropped out of the group entirely before the recording of their first album ''Whose Side Are You On?'' (1984), al ...

''The Blitz'' is the eighth studio album by the Swiss hard rock band Krokus, released in August 1984. It became a gold album in the United States. The band hit the Billboard Hot 100 with "Midnite Maniac" from that album and became the first Swiss act to do so. While preparing to record it, the group had tapped Patrick Mahassen to join the band on guitar, with Mark Kohler switching to bass. However, Mahassen would end up leaving the band before recording commenced, and the album was ultimately recorded as a quartet; Andy Tanas played bass on the subsequent tour. The song "Boys Nite Out", written by Bryan Adams and Jim Vallance, was originally recorded by Adams for his hit 1984 album '' Reckless'' but was left off the final track list. Adams' version eventually saw a release on the 30th anniversary reissue of ''Reckless''. UK-based company Rock Candy Records reissued the album on CD in 2014. In pop culture A cover of Krokus' version of "Ballroom Blitz", originally performed by ...
