Otto Gelsted Prize
The Otto Gelsted Prize (''Otto Gelsted-prisen'') is a Danish literary award which was founded in 1970 by the Otto Gelsted Memorial Fund (''Otto Gelsteds Mindefond''), heir of the Danish author Otto Gelsted (1888–1968). Thomas Boberg
Thomas Boberg (born 5 May 1960 in Roskilde) is a Danish poet and travel writing, travel writer. Since his debut in 1984 he has received extensive recognition for his contribution to Danish literature. Since 2018 member of The Danish Academy (Det Danske Akademi). Boberg lived in Peru for several years and has traveled widely in Latin America and Africa. Many of his works stem from his travels in South and Central America, often focusing on the exploited and poor. Boberg has been nominated twice for the Nordic Council's Literature Prize, in 1999 for ''Americas'', and in 2006 for ''Livsstil'' (''Life Style''). Inge Eriksen
Inge Marie Eriksen (22 October 1935 – 13 March 2015) was a Danish writer and political activist. She became involved in Danish public debate in the 1960s and helped to the left-wing Left Socialists political party establish that she left in 1969. Eriksen began her writing career in 1975 and won various awards for her work from her first book that was published in 1975 and her final one in 2009. Her works include novels such as the science fiction series ''Rummet uden tid, 1–4'' and ''Sommerfugelens vinge''. Early life and education Eriksen was born in Skørping, Denmark on 22 October 1935. She was the daughter of the Norwegian railway official Erik Eriksen and the nurse Nanna Henriette Jungersen.
