Oru Nokku Kanan
''Oru Nokku Kanan'' is an Indian Malayalam film, directed by Sajan and produced by P. T. Xavier in 1985. The film stars Mammootty, Ambika, Shalini and Shankar. The film has musical score by Shyam. Plot Maya, a labour officer sees her ex-lover, Jayadevan who ditched her. She bore a child with him. Jayadevan from unfortunate circumstances wasn't able to get in touch with Maya and didn't know they had a child together from their relationship. Years later, they are neighbors, Jayadevan is a widowed factory owner, Maya is a labour officer who has to conduct regular inspections at the factory as a part of her work. They both are single parents with a child that looks alike. The film explores whether Maya and Jayadevan be able to rekindle their love. Sajan (director)
Sajan is an Indian film director who works in Malayalam cinema, Malayalam and Tamil films. Since the early 1980s he has directed some 30 films. He has also done many television serials and telefilms. Adoor Bhavani
Adoor Bhavani (1927 – 25 October 2009) was an Indian actress in Malayalam cinema, best known for her appearance in the National Award-winning film ''Chemmeen'' (1965), directed by Ramu Kariat. She had acted in about 450 films, including ''Mudiyanaya Puthran'', ''Thulabharam'', Kallichellamma, and ''Anubhavangal Paalichakal''. Her last film was K. Madhu-directed ''Sethurama Iyer CBI''. She was also a stage actress and was associated with popular theatre group KPAC. Bhavani was born in Adoor in Travancore. Her sister, Adoor Pankajam, was also a Malayalam film actress. Innocent Vareed Thekkethala (born 28 February 1948) is an Indian actor and politician. He predominantly works in Malayalam cinema in addition to Hindi, English, Tamil, and Kannada films, mostly in comedic roles. He has acted in more than 750 films and is considered one of the best comedians in Malayalam cinema. Sukumari Amma (6 October 1940 – 26 March 2013) was an Indian actress best known for her works in Malayalam and Tamil films. In a career spanning more than five decades, She has appeared in more than 2500 films predominantly in Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, along with few Hindi and one each in Sinhala, French, Bengali, Tulu, English and Kannada films.
