Orlando Lourenco
Orlando Lourenco (born 15 September 1964 in Gwelo) is a former tennis player from Zimbabwe. Lourenco represented his native country at the Tennis at the 1984 Summer Olympics – Men's singles, 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles, where he was defeated in the first round by France's Guy Forget. Lourenco reached his highest singles Association of Tennis Professionals, ATP-ranking on 5 November 1990, when he became world No. 853. Lourenco participated in eight Davis Cup ties for Zimbabwe from 1983 to 1990, posting a 9–4 record in singles and a 1–2 record in doubles. He now teaches tennis at the Champions Club in Chattanooga, Tennessee. External links

Gwelo
Gweru is a city in central Zimbabwe. Near the geographical centre of the country. It is on the centre of Midlands Province. Originally an area known to the Northern Ndebele people, Ndebele as "The Steep Place" because of the Gweru River's high Bank (geography), banks, in 1894 it became the site of a military outpost established by Leander Starr Jameson. In 1914 it attained Municipality, municipal status, and in 1971 it became a city. The city has a population of 158,200 as of the 2022 census. Gweru is known for farming activities in beef cattle, crop farming, and commercial gardening of crops for the export market. Guy Forget (; born 4 January 1965) is a French tennis administrator and retired professional player. During his career, he helped France win the Davis Cup in both 1991 and 1996. Since retiring as a player, he has served as France's Davis Cup team captain. Career Forget first came to the tennis world's attention as an outstanding junior player who won the French Open junior title in 1982. He turned professional later that year. His breakthrough year on the professional tour was 1986 when he made it to the fourth round of Roland Garros, his best grand slam at that point, and won his first top-level singles title in Toulouse, where both his father and grandfather had won, respectively in 1966 and 1946, and where he won again in 1991 and 1992.
