''Oriyardori Asal'' ( en, One better than the other) is a 2011 Indian Tulu language film directed by H. S. Rajashekar and produced by Roopa Vijayakumar Kodialbail, starring Likith Shetty, Ramya Barna, Naveen D Padil, Aravind Bolar and Rekha Das in the lead roles. It is the most successful Tulu film till date. The film is based on the famous Tulu comedy drama with the same title, written by Vijayakumar Kodialbail. He also wrote the story, screenplay, dialogue and lyrics for the film. Plot The film is an out and out comedy and is basically about the misunderstanding between a landlord and his tenants on rent. The film is about a ''Vattara''; homes in the same compound. This particular ''vattara'' is about three families living in the same compound. Munna(Likith Shetty) is the protagonist and plays the role of the son of the tenant and Priya (Ramya Barna) plays the role of the house-owner's daughter. Likith Shetty
Likith Shetty (born 27 February 1989) is an Indian actor, who works in the Kannada film industry. He started his career as a television anchor in 2007. Career Likith Shetty started his career by anchoring television shows in 2007, but he always desired to be an actor. He started his journey into acting and completed a diploma in theatre from Navarasa school of Art, Bangalore. He made his film acting debut in "Parole" in 2010 directed by Rajshekar. His next film was ''Oriyardori Asal'' in Tulu where he played the hero; it was a hit and ran for 300 days. Along with this he also started being an anchor for many TV shows. Tulu cinema, also known as Coastalwood, is a part of Indian cinema. The Tulu film industry produces five to seven films annually. The first Tulu film was ''Enna Thangadi'' released in 1971. Ramya Barna (born 4 August 1986) is an Indian actress, primarily appearing in Kannada films. She made her acting debut in 2008, starring in ''Neenyare'' and went on to appear in several commercially successful films and also did an artistic film in Tulu language.
