''Oottyppattanam'' is a 1992 Malayalam comedy drama film directed by Haridas and starring Jayaram, Siddique, Jagathy Sreekumar, Easwari Rao, Narendra Prasad, Jayabharathi and Anju in pivotal roles.The filim had musical score compossed by Johnson. Plot Prince Rajasekharan is without an heir and decides to adopt a brave man from a royal family to inherit his property. He faces many challenges when several people turn up wanting to be adopted. Babu Namboothiri (born 12 August 1947) is a retired Chemistry Professor and Head Of Department of Deva Mata College Kuravilangad and an Indian film and TV actor who has starred in more than 100 Malayalam films and various serials. Augustine (30 July 1955 – 14 November 2013) was an Indian actor who worked in Malayalam cinema. He acted in more than 150 films, mainly in comedy, character and negative roles. Raghava Kurup Narendra Prasad (26 December 1946 3 November 2003) was an Indian actor, playwright, director, teacher and literary critic. He was born at Mavelikkara in the erstwhile Kingdom of Travancore. Siddique (born 1 October 1962) is an Indian actor and producer, who works mainly in Malayalam cinema. Along with appearing in over 350 Malayalam films, he has also acted in a few Tamil, Telugu and Hindi language films.
